The developer and builder at Oxford Landings in Oxford, Florida is Power Corporation. Headed by William Higgs, President and CEO, Power Corporation has built and developed over 9000 homes and condominiums, golf course communities, large retail shopping centers and industrial parks. Major companies including Centex, Lennar, Pulte, Maronda, and KB Homes have purchased land from the company and improved home sites for residential development within various Power Corporation communities. This speaks volumes to the financial stability and credibility of the company.

Since its inception, Power Corporation has held full financial control from start through completion of each project it has undertaken. Few other privately-held development companies can claim such longevity or financial independence. Power Corporation has built and marketed nearly over 2000 residences similar to those at Oxford Landings in comfortable golf course and lakeside communities, as well as more than 600 beach-front luxury high-rise residences throughout Southwest Florida. Having sold out of the successful Lakeside Landings in Oxford, FL, adjacent to The Villages, Power Corporation now focuses their home building experience on the Oxford Landings project which will include 100 upscale single-family homes.
